Michael Joyner is the founder and principal of Humbercrest Capital, bringing more than 20 years of investor relations and corporate development experience across the resource and financial sectors. A seasoned capital markets and communications executive, he combines strategic insight with a proven ability to craft compelling, investor-focused narratives.

Since founding Humbercrest in 2009, Michael has advised a broad range of public and private companies, including Endeavour Mining, Osisko Gold Royalties, Montage Gold, E.D. Smith, Intrepid Metals, and Nautilus Minerals. He also led the Canadian office of Australia-based Waratah Coal, where he played a key role in advancing strategic initiatives across North America and Europe.

Earlier in his career, Michael held a senior role at a major Canadian mutual fund firm, specializing in market analysis and investor communications—a foundation that continues to inform his pragmatic, results-driven approach to capital markets today.
