Humbercrest Capital is led by its founder, Michael Joyner, a seasoned communications and finance executive with 15+ years of Investor Relations/Corporate Development expertise in the resource sector.  

  
Humbercrest was established in 2009 and clients have included Lepidico, Nautilus Minerals, Mercator Minerals, Belvedere Resources and Laurentian Goldfields amongst others. Michael also led the Canadian office for Australian based Waratah Coal and played a key role in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic business opportunities in North America and Europe.  

Prior to his work in the Investor Relations sector, Michael was a senior member of a major Canadian mutual fund company with key expertise in market analysis and commentary for its investors.
